A mixture Coriander juice and a hint of turmeric powder helps relieve the symptoms of acne. Grated cucumber, Fenugreek, mashed tomatoes and Epson salt baths have successfully been used to treat acne. It is important to mention that the above therapies ought to be combined with consistent intake of a balanced diet. An all fruit taken once a week has been cited as a good starting point in the treatment of this condition. After this it is recommended that individuals with acne adopt a well balanced diet that is laden with raw vegetables and fruits.
